What helps you feel empowered as a woman?
Self confidence is the key for me. I mean, the more you know the more confident you will be. The more confident you feel, the better your decision making will be. The one big thing you have to have is respect. Respect for yourself. If you don’t think you are worthy, then others won’t think you are worthy either. Also, doing something that I love makes me more connected to myself. Just be yourself and listen to your gut feelings.

What are your favourite self love and care practices?
I set myself free to feel and accept every emotion. I talk to myself with only love and respect. I acknowledge who I already am and what I’ve accomplished. I value myself, my people and my time. I mean, do set boundaries when you’ve got to. I go out walking in nature, meditate and I enjoy trying new healthy recipes to make me feel more special. Sometimes communicating also helps.
